Produktionsablaufdiagramm:

Entfaltleiste → Brandmarken → Formen → Schweißen → Schleifen → Schlichten → Geraderichten → Längenfixieren → Schneiden → Entladen.

Zuerst wird die Spule auf die Abwickelvorrichtung gesetzt, und das Stahlband wird gelöst und in den Lagerkäfig gerollt, bevor es in die Umformmaschine transportiert wird.

Das Stahlband wird zuerst abgeflacht und durch Rollen bearbeitet, um es auf den gewünschten Rohrdurchmesser zu drücken.

Die Maschine schweißt, richtet und schneidet das Rohr auf die in der automatischen Trennmaschine eingestellte Länge und transportiert das fertige Rohr zum Auslauftisch, wo eine Qualitätsprüfung durchgeführt werden kann.

First, the coil is set onto the uncoiler, and the steel belt is loosened and rolled into the storage cage, before being transported into the forming machine.

The steel belt is first flattened out, and is processed through rollers to squeeze it to the desired pipe diameter.

The machine then welds, straightens and cuts the pipe to the length set in the automated cut-off machine, and transports the finished pipe to the run out table, where quality inspection can be performed.
