Spezifikationen der überzogenen Platte:
Die plattierte Platte wird kombiniert und durch das Explosionsschweißen verarbeitet, 

das bei der Konstruktion und Herstellung des Druckbehälters, Wärmetauschers, 

Reaktors, verschiedener Tanks usw. weit verbreitet ist.

Um Widerstand gegen Korrosion, Hitze oder Verschleiß zu erhalten, wird das Mantelmaterial 

aus Edelstahl (Titan, Nickel und Nickellegierung, Kupfer und Kupferlegierung usw.) mit dem 

relativ billigen Kohlenstoffstahl explosiv verschweißt. Eine Seite hat eine ausreichende Festigkeit 

gegenüber dem hohen Druck und die Auftragsseite hat eine ausgezeichnete Widerstandsfähigkeit 

gegen Hitze und Korrosion, wobei die plattierte Platte die Einschnürungskosten verringern kann.

Specifications of clad plate:
The clad plate is combined and processed by the explosion welding, which is widely used in the construction and manufacturing of the pressure vessel, heat exchanger, reactor, various tanks, etc.

In order to get resistance to the corrosion, heat or wearing, the stainless steel (titanium, nickel & nickel alloy, copper & copper alloy, etc) cladding material is explosively welded to the relatively inexpensive carbon steel. One side has sufficient strength to the high pressure and the order side has excellent resistance performance to the heat and corrosion, what is more, the clad plate can decrease the constriction cost.
