Was ist verzinkter Stahl?

Es gibt zwei typische Verzinkungsarten, um eine Zinkbeschichtung zu erhalten: Feuerverzinkung und Elektrogalvanisierung. Feuerverzinken ist der Prozess, bei dem Stahl in ein Zinkschmelzbad getaucht wird, um eine Zinkbeschichtung zu erhalten. Dies schützt nicht nur den Stahl vor Rost und Korrosion, sondern gibt dem Stahl auch ein glänzendes attraktives Aussehen. Beim Elektrogalvanisieren wird der Stahl mit Hilfe von Elektrolyse mit Zink beschichtet, was weder kostengünstig noch umweltfreundlich ist. In unserem heutigen Leben gibt es kaum elektrogalvanisierten Stahl.

Was sind die Vorteile von verzinktem Stahl?

Zink-Eisen-Legierungsschichten bieten durch die Verwendung von verzinkten Stahl viele Vorteile:

1) Korrosionsbeständigkeit: Die Oberfläche der Zinkbeschichtung schützt den Basisstahl nicht nur durch eine Barriere für Korrosionselemente, sondern auch durch die Opfereigenschaft der Beschichtung. Verzinkter Stahl bleibt oft für 40 Jahre oder länger mit wenig Wartung funktionsfähig.

2) Ausgezeichnete Oberflächenbeschaffenheit

3) Formbarkeit: Es kann einfach zu Teilen mit Tiefziehanforderungen gebogen werden

4) Lackierbarkeit: Es kann mit verschiedenen Farben lackiert werden

Was sind die Nachteile von verzinktem Stahl?

Trotz vieler Vorteile ist verzinkter Stahl nicht immer eine ideale Wahl. Verzinkter Stahl kann nicht unterirdisch verwendet werden, ohne richtig abgedeckt zu werden, was für viele Arbeiten unbequem sein kann.

Wo verwenden wir verzinkten Stahl?

Es wird hauptsächlich in der Bauindustrie, wie Dacheindeckung, Wandverkleidung und Stützbalken verwendet. Es wird auch in der Automobilindustrie aufgrund seiner verbesserten Lackierbarkeit, Schweißbarkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit verwendet. Darüber hinaus ist es ein wesentliches Material für die Anwendung weißer Ware, wie Kühlschränke, Klimaanlagen, Waschmaschinen, Mikrowellen, Verkaufsautomaten und audiovisuelle Systeme.

What is Galvanized Steel?

There are two typical galvanizing ways to obtain a zinc coating: hot dip galvanizing and electrogalvanizing. Hot dip galvanizing is the process that steel is immersed into molten zinc bath to get a zinc coating surface. This not only helps protect steel from rust and corrosion, but also gives the steel a shiny attractive appearance. Electrogalvanizing is the process that uses electrolysis to coat the steel with zinc, which is neither cost-effective nor environmentally friendly. It is hardly to find electrogalvanized steel in our lives nowadays.

What are the advantages of Galvanized Steel?

Because of permanently and successive zinc/iron alloy layers, galvanized steel offers many benefits:

1) Corrosion Resistance: the zinc coating surface protects the base steel not only by providing barrier to corrosion elements, but also by the sacrificial nature of the coating. Galvanized steel often remains in working order with little maintenance for 40 years or more.
