Herstellung von Aluminium Bar:

Schritt 1. Casting:

Zubereitung Zutaten je nach Zusammensetzung → Schmelze → Gießen → Schneidbar → Homogenisieren → Kühlen und Reinigen

Schritt 2. Wärmeextrusion:

Vorbereitung (Aluminium Bar und Schimmel Heizung) → Extrusion → Richten → Schneiden bis zum fertigen Produkt

Schritt 3. Timing:

Abschrecken und Timing je nach Temperament

Manufacturing of Aluminum Bar:

Step 1. Casting:
preparing ingredients in accordance with different composition → smelting → casting → cutting bar → homogenizing → cooling and cleaning

Step 2. Heat extrusion:
preparation (aluminum bar and mold heating ) → extrusion → straightening → cutting to the finished product

Step 3. Timing: 
quenching and timing according to the different temper
